Prodivers Meedhupparu

Prodivers runs multiple bases across the Maldives, and Meedhupparu in Raa Atoll is one of the larger ones — a full course centre with PADI Course Director presence, which is rare outside Malé. Raa is north of the main tourist atolls, close to the Baa Atoll manta sites and within striking range of the Hanifaru aggregation in season (June-November). Two dive boats run a daily schedule of two- and three-tank trips to channels, thilas, and seasonal manta cleaning stations.

Suits divers wanting an established, well-staffed operation with the option to certify through to instructor in one location. Multi-language instructor pool covers most European markets. Less suited to anyone wanting cheap diving (Raa transfers are seaplane only, $400+ return) or to divers who prefer a low-volume boutique experience.
